SharePoint Group need read permission to a list which has item-level-pemission

I have a SharePoint Online list which has item level permissions implemented using Power Automate. Now the requirement is to add a new SharePoint Group so that the group users can view all the list items. How to achieve this ?

Your current situation is: you are using Power Automate, so your item level permissions are set to "Read items that were created by the user".

Are you trying to create a SharePoint Group so that the group users can view all the list items without changing the item level permissions?

You can grant "Full Control" permissions to the new SharePoint group. This enables new SharePoint group users to see all list items even if item-level permissions are set to "Read items that were created by the user".

If you have no restrictions, you can directly change the item level permissions "Read all items".
