certification not available

I have passed SC-100 on 4th March; however, certificate & Badge are still not available. below are the details, can you please check and let me know, thank you.

Hi,

According to your screenshot, you have not completed at least on of the prerequisite certifications. As soon as you pass one of the prerequisite exams you will earn Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification. Please see diagram:

If after you earn one of the prerequisite certifications the certification doesn't show up please ask your question in the Microsoft Certification forum using link below.
