I am running MRD on a Mac to a Windows machine. I have 2 monitors. When I initially open RD it covers both screens. However, if I have to exit out of the full screen and then go back to full screen, 1 screen is black. and I can't access it. I have to close the program and reopen it. In the previous version I used, I could use the (Window's key +1) to minimize and maximize the RD. That doesn't seem to work. I work between both systems all day and this is now a struggle.

    Hello there,

Have you made any recent updates that you are aware of on this device? If so try uninstalling them and check if this sorts out the issue

If you are using any GPO check the below points:

    Local Computer Policy\Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Remote Session Environment

Then enable “Use the hardware default graphics adapter for all Remote Desktop Services sessions”

    Update the Group Policy

The below thread discusses the same issue and you can try out some troubleshooting steps from this and see if that helps you to sort the Issue.

Hope this resolves your Query !!
