I need help changing the credit card for this account. I have tried for way too many HOURS with no success!! Please help as soon as possible!

    Changing what credit card? Windows doesn't need credit card data. If you're referring to a CC associated with your MS Account then you would do that using the MS Account website. You can get help for an MS Account here.
