We have the same problems with our KIOSK Devices. Do you have the solution for apps not showing on the managed Home Screen?

Experiencing this issue on many fully managed AE devices where on MHS, where some apps simply do not appear. It happens to apps that are installed on the device, yet gaps appear where they are supposed to be in the Managed Home Screen. When checking the logs, it shows "appOnDesktopCount":8, yet "appCount", "appAllowKioskModeCount" and "appInstalledCount" are 13. Also, "appLogList" + Array[4] shows for a correct MHS, but Array[1] shows for one with apps missing.
Have tried the following: Creating a new app configuration policy and assigning affected users to test, changing permissions, re-adding apps in the JSON configuration settings (this works on rare occasions), rebuilding the JSON configuration settings and testing at every step, ensuring package names are correct, clearing cache and storage on the Managed Home Screen App, adding app orders, changing various configuration settings.
Is there any reason why some apps on different devices show in MHS, but others do not? And is there a way to resolve this for those affected devices?

@AdamAhmedKeyte-8095, Thanks for posting in in Q&A. From your description, I notice the app is installed but it did not appear in Managed Home screen which we configure in multiple app in kiosk mode. And the issue occurs on some devices. Some are working.
For the not working devices, I would like to confirm if the app installed on the device is deployed via Managed Google play store app. If yes, then I suggest opening case to do deep analysis. Here is a link with the steps to open case for your reference:
