SharePoint Designer 2013 not loading workflow

I installed SharePoint Designer 2013, when I tried to open an existing workflow, get the message - SharePoint Designer cannot display the item (attached the image).

How can I resolve the issue?

    Whether you want to open a 2010 workflow or 2013 workflow? Is it a designed workflow or default workflow?

    Please follow below tips to troubleshoot the issue.

    1.Clear SharePoint Designer cache.
