How to use Power BI REST APIs in Matillion or Python to extract data for internal usages

Question

I am working on a requirement - extract Power BI Admin users and activities data and store it in DB for auditing purposes

I have gone thru tons of documents and none of them clearly describe how to setup or use them to get Power BI Admin REST API response and where and how to get ClientID, Token and client Security information

Can someone share steps or reference documents to understand how to use MS PowerBI Admin API in Python or Matiillion
