Sigcheck VTdetection Access is denied

I use Sigcheck with Virustotal option to scan my C:/Users folder and i got problem, sometime file is scan or Access is denied. When i submit this file with hash in GUI virustotal, this file work normaly.
I don't know what access is denied.
Anyone can tell me how can i solve my situation?
