Hi Guys,

We are going to perform a cutover migration from Exchange Server 2013 to M365.
Since the size of the organisation is less than 100, we are going for a cut-over migration.
I have a question: Can journal mailboxes from on-premises be migrated to M365?

and also what is the maximum limit size for the mailboxes to perform cut-over migration?

Please Help me with this.

Thanks in advance

    Hi @Ajay ,

You can't designate an Exchange Online mailbox as a journaling mailbox. When possible, we recommend that you use Microsoft 365 retention to archive and manage data in-place to meet your compliance requirements.

There is no limit on mailbox size for migration, but there is a limit on mailbox size in Exchange Online, which you could refer to: Exchange Online limits
