how to get Phone support for standard plan account?

I am using Azure cognitive service. I need phone support while creating custom question answering project. I cannot find phone support service at the help & support portal.

xiaoshan Fang For any support plan a case needs to be submitted through Azure portal first and then you can request for support based on the plan you choose. Please see this page for details.

Creating a custom question answering project should be fairly straightforward if you have a language resource created. Please see this quickstart and try to create it from the studio if this is your first time. Thanks!!
