@Wolfgang AFAIK there is an option to clear the device that are not active - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/remote-actions/devices-wipe
Also it seems you have activation lock enabled? Can you check and confirm if that is teh case - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/remote-actions/device-activation-lock-disable
