Message error on the function - Azure

Hello,

Please I count on your help to resolve this error messages displayed on the logs. I couldn't figure out the issue on the app and the function :((( !

The result code : 500

Nessrine Hamrouni Thanks for reaching out. Can you please confirm if you get the "The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure" when you are making the external call with azure function? It looks like a certificate to your external endpoint certificate is invalid therefore you are getting this exception. Please open your endpoint URL in the browser and validate the certificate from your browser whether the certificate is valid or not.

For my case, I resolved by making an authorization for the app : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/scenario-secure-app-authentication-app-service

It's resolved this issue for the error actually

Thanks a lot ! I just run now again its seems that there is an issue about SSL related to this message error, I followed on the compilation - the issue persist :( What do you think ?

(The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.) ---> The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception. ---> The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

hello,

I resolved the issue on the code this morning- the API works now :D

Here the solution :

Add to the code : using System.Security.Cryptography.X509Certificates;

Add also :

HttpClientHandler handler = new HttpClientHandler();

handler.ServerCertificateCustomValidationCallback +=(sender,cert,chain,sslPolicyErrors) => true;

3. Add before the the hhtprequest : var httpclient = new HttpClient(handler);
