Try install all updates for Windows.

Windows defender (MsMpEng.exe is consuming high CPU)
- I have added msmpeng.exe in defender exclusion list as well.
- disable all Scanning.
- Tried disable through registry change as well.
Any other suggestion, please.

Once you determine what file/process MsMpEng.exe is scanning, then you can determine what exclusions need to be set. Keep in mind that adding exclusions reduce your security posture.
