hi, i also asked here [1] but i was told that this forum is better suited for my needs.

I'd like to add a checkbox to a document library in sharepoint (cloud) so users can toggle a state (called archive).
This should be done with 1 click in the view, without clicking on the item -> details -> and set the checkbox.
Is that possible? What i found is this [2], but it leads to a 404 in the end :/

Based on your description, I understand that you want to add a check box in the quick edit view.

Add column -> Yes/No column. Then click Edit in grid view -> Set value in the Yes/No column.
