Hey Buds
I am using Azure Migrate, and in specific:
App Service Migration Assistant
On one of the IIS Servers, I have two sites.
Site2: is able to make the assessment
Site1: give an error while assessing your site step:
The link asks to check if specific URLs are allowed. I checked it and all are allowed.
Another point: this is not making any sense, as I am able to fully assess the 2nd site.
If you can list any blog or any link may help to workaround it.

If the troubleshooting steps are not able to resolve the error, you will need to manually deploy your app over.
