Problems generating reports in excel due to the sensitivity labels

Question

When I try to generate an excel report from an application, the document is generated, however, it requires selecting the confidentiality label, and the image error "Excel Error: it's not possible to create a range" is displayed and the excel is blank (only with the titles of the columns), it has been tried on machines with office 2019 and this error does not occur, I appreciate your collaboration

According to your shared image, it seems that your organization administrator set the label policy from https://compliance.microsoft.com/informationprotection?viewid=sensitivitylabelpolicies in Microsoft Information Protection.

I suggest you find the administrator have a confirm, login into the webpage above, select a label policy that created.

Then click “Edit policy” > “Settings” > Check the “Require users to apply a label to their emails and documents” and other options in following image are selected.
