Authenticator code is not working with one of my accounts.

Having difficulty accessing one of my accounts using my Authenticator app. Have been using Authenticator code for several months with no problem. Now when trying to enter code, it says it is incorrect..

If you are using the TOTP code instead of passwordless (i.e. prompt to allow access). This can be incorrect due to the date / time on your device due to the code refreshing every 30 seconds. Therefore, this would be worthwhile confirming the date and time are correct.
If this is still not working, I would suggest removing and re-adding the authentication method and re-testing as per the below:
