Can you separate SharePoint and OneDrive access control policies?

Question

We would like to limit SharePoint to be available from company devices registered on Azure AD only and OneDrive to be available from any device.

You could set conditional access policy to limit SharePoint only be available in company devices registered on Azure AD and OneDrive be available in any devices.

Go to Azure Active Directory -> Protect&secure -> Conditional Access -> Add policy -> Based on your requirement to set conditional access policy.
