0xC1900101 - 0x30017 The installation failed in the first_boot phase with and error during boot operation

I'm trying to install the Windows 11 22H2 update for the umpteenth time. It returns error 0xC1900101 - 0x30017 every time. I tried all the options on the Internet, just did not resort to updating the BIOS. I do the system update via ISO. Through the update center, it also rolls the system back, but without an error.

Apparently, because of the same error, I can't reinstall Windows, as it also throws an error. Do I really have to resort to updating the BIOS (A320M PRO-VD/S)?
