Cannot created new m365 developer tenant

Question

Trying to create a new dev tenant - but get this:

Your phone number is already associated with an existing developer account.

It's an old deleted dev account!

how to?

Hi @Henrik Nordtorp,

I don't think there is any solution from users' end in this case. The best way is to contact Microsoft support, and they will help you check from the backend. Maybe your history account still exists and hasn't been cleared by Microsoft in the backend.
