How to embed a custom SVG icon on Card View of an adaptive card?

Question

Im creating a adaptive card that display information via API.

Its a primary text, large adaptive card, with no framework.

I want to know how to embed a custom SVG icon on Card View of an adaptive card (custom card not with card designer)?

Usually I use the Fabric UI icons but have to use custom icons. I cannot find any information on how to embed/assign a custom icon on a card view (not quick view).

Any tips or info would be appreciated.
