Approval with Attachments from MS Forms

Hello,

I am having difficulty in the approval process I am working on.

  1. The attachment (in PDF format) when the approver opens it; they are encountering an error that the file is not supported. The trigger is from MS Forms. Here is my flow.
  2. Another help I need is how to create a folder for the attachments in a dedicated SharePoint. This is the error I am getting (List 'Shared Documents/CA10 - Project/Exceptional Approval Tracker/' does not exist at site with URL 'https://nestle.sharepoint.com/teams/FC-NBSProjectforPH24'. clientRequestId: 86927441-4ec0-405d-8bde-db56a16fb1f6 serviceRequestId: 13f79ca0-f060-6000-2950-3ec389fb56db).
