Setting Pipeline Parameters values with the JSON script but it comes back as blank

Question

I want to clone a pipeline i did, and change the source and sink parameter accordingly

Because it's something that needed to be done several time during the pipline and because i'm lazy, the quickest solution was to open the JSON script and replace the values (simple crtl+H)

BUT after i confirm the script i saw that the values reset (shows blank/emptry) and not the values i set them.

Please advice if there is any workaround,

i tried also to write the new values manually without ctrl+h and it still came back as blank
