php deployment very slow

I'm deploying minor changes to my new php server in Azure, and it's extremely slow, I have the original website in AWS and it's fast and take only 2 minutes and here it takes more than 1 Hour for the same process.

I'm using GitHub pipe and the hosting info:

Plan Type App Service plan

Operating System Linux

Instance Count 1

Based on the shared information, we have understood that you are trying to deploy your application code to app service using the GitHub actions. If yes, can you take a look at the workflow actions (of particular deployment) at which stage the deployment is taking more time whether during the build task or in deploy task (deploy to azure)?

Just to clarify, you have mentioned in your response that "php deployment very slow" and "I'm deploying minor changes to my new php server in Azure, and it's extremely slow", is the WebApp without minor changes performing fine as expected or is the issue only while deploying?

If you are facing performance issue(like request is taking longer time etc.,.) not only with the deployment then I would suggest you to run the WebApp slow detector in Diagnose and solve problems in your web app to troubleshoot the performance issue.
