How to copy emails with attachments to an outlook folder

Hello

To increase my efficiency with outlook, I’m wondering if there is (presumably through a rule) a possibility to do the following:

  1. for each email sent to me
  2. containing a PDF/Powerpoint/Word/Excel attachment
  3. copy to a specific outlook email folder (being a sub-folder of my inbox)

If I use the generic rule in outlook to copy all emails with attachments, it also copies all emails with pictures (.jpeg and others) that are in nearly every email (in signature blocks etc) making that rule more or less useless.

Any suggestions how to fix this?

    Hi @Joris ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on my research, i found that Outlook rule can only be used to manage all emails with attachments but not emails with specific attachments. I'm afraid that you need the help of VBA, etc.
