How to get my Windows to update to Windows 10, version 1903

Question

I need to get my Windows to update urgently for a project, presumably to Windows 10, version 1903, as that is what appears when I go Update & Security -> Windows Update. However, whatever I click to try and run the update, it winds up saying an error was encountered, as my device is missing important security and quality fixes. Most bizarrely, underneath, it says last checked in 2019. It also shows the code: 0xc8000641. Can anyone help me figure out what needs to be done to get the version updated?

Did you try to download last update manually from Microsft site and install it manually ?
