Getting 404 Not Found Error On Newly Deployed Azure Function

Question

Hello experts,

I am new to Azure function development and deployment, recently developed a function app and use visual studio publish feature to deploy the Azure function, but when trying to test using postman or azure portal, getting 404 not found message. See below.

Tried doing function deployment using compiled application zip file with no use. See all application configurations below.

Additionally that changing WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE to 1 took down the zip deploy site, or changing it 0 took down the function for the VS deployed site (currently set to 1 for VS deployed site and function app is up and running)

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
