one drive file saving issue

HI,

I am facing issue for my one drive. when I tried to save my any file it's showing me another user OneDrive account. I couldn't figure out what is the problem. Please help to solve my problem.

    Does this issue occur with all Office apps?

    I suggest you close all Office apps, then remove previous licenses and cached account information via running OLicenseCleanup.zip. For more please refer to 'Method: Use scripts to automate the cleanup process'.

    Then please open one Office app, sign into your licensed account and connect your OneDrive account to have a check.
