Why my designer workflow never ends

I have this workflow which create a Task inside my SharePoint online site collection>> wait for the response and send an email, as follow:

But currently the workflow will create a task >> but after having the user provide a comment inside the Workflow Tasks item >> the workflow will stay in progress.. so why it is not ending?

    Have you tried to add stop workflow after the email action?
