- First I suggest you go to Service Health status page for any outages for OneDrive.
- Then I suggest you go to Windows settings > Time & Language > Date & Time, please enable 'Set time automatically' and 'Set time zone automatically'.
If you can not enable the time zone automatically, please make sure your local time zone is shown in Time zone.
- Besides, please check your Internet connection.
- If the steps above do not work, it's recommended to uninstall OneDrive, re-install it to chekc this issue.
