Cannot SSH to a VM

Question

Hello,

I just bought a CentOS 8.2 VM and can not connect to it by any ways.

I have tried to connect using XShell and WSL from my laptop, cannot connect.

I also tried telnet 20.205.12.61:22 on my laptop and got “name or service not known”.

I have make my workmate connect using his own machine, failed.

I run telnet localhost:22 in the serial console and it‘s OK.

I have also checked the SSH Server is active, the firewall is inactive.
