Hi

In Outlook at the company address book you've got a initial field.

How can I in Microsoft 365 set this initials for a user?

We curently have some chaos with internally used initials and I thought, it could help if we can set there the initials for internally people.

Greetings,

gdc

@calgia di you have onprem AD and sync it to Azure AD? If yes you can update the users details in local AD and sync across. Also check this page - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-your-user-name-and-initials-cdd4b8ac-fbca-438d-a5b5-a99fb1c750e3

    Hope this helps.

    Hello @JimmySalian-2011

Currently we have a implementing ongoing. Some user's were made directly on 365, some not.

For the one made in local AD this synced.

For the one not made local AD I'll wanna do it on AAD.

    Greetings
