If I want to use Microsoft Teams via Web I get after logging in this strange message:

User's image

In english it means:
To start using Teams with current user email, sign out of your other accounts.

I don't know why I get this message and where should I sign out?
I am not signed in to any other account on this PC. I have used my mail as usual.

Can anybody help?

    Hi @Christian Graser

If you click the sign-out button on the page and retry sign-in via Teams on the web, would it get rid of this issue?

If it is still not working for you, please try fully clearing your browser cache (including cookies) then retry sign-in.

I've been getting this same error over the last week as well. I wonder if there was recent change that introduced bug. I have only a single account being used, and that's the one that the Teams meeting was forwarded to.

Freshly installed browser just before logging into Teams, what cache can be there ?! Like now, the recommendation to clear cache will never work. Teams repeats asking "To start using Teams with email-address, sign out of your other accounts".

I was having the same problem, this worked for me.

I logged in to other Microsoft app, like outlook.com. And then from the top left 'App icons' i clicked on teams. Since i was already logged in now, Teams didnt ask me to login and it opened.

Hope this works for you guys as well.
