Microsoft authenticator backup replaced with empty backup.

I uninstalled the Microsoft Authenticator app and logged in. I accidentally replaced the previous backups with the empty one as it was showing replace backup, I thought it would replace this empty one with the old one. How can I regain that previous backup as almost all of my accounts had 2fa with Microsoft authenticator?

For this the only way is to try restoring to another phone and see if you can sync back the auth codes, if that is not possible unfortunately you will have reset all the auth codes for the accounts that you have missing on the app.

    Hope this helps.
