How to update AppXPackages on golden image

Good day,

we are deploying non persistent virtual machines from golden image as our user desktops. Before we start the deployment process we scan our golden image for security vulnerabilitys. Sometimes a preinstalled AppXPackage as a security vulnerability and needs to be updated (for example RAW image extensions or Windows Terminal). The golden image does not have internet access.

Golden Image: Windows 10 20H2/Windows 11 22H2

We do not want to remove the AppXPackages from golden image asyou can read on many blogs.

So my question is: What is the best way to update this AppXPackages without access to the store?
