What is your update version number? Is it the update in this link?
- You can try clean boot to see if it works;
- End the explorer.exe process and re-create it. The specific steps are as follows:
Task Manager>More Details>Details>Right click "explorer.exe", select "End Task",
File>Run new Task>Enter "explorer.exe";
- Check the error application log in Event Viewer.
