Can't find username and password

Hello!

I have a problem with the availability to acces my business account I bought in January.

I want to cancel my account but I can't acces any online websites.

It says I can't log in with a personal e-mail, but I get my invoices on this account.

I can not reach anybody with this problem, and the invoices keep coming.
