Not able to install Ubuntu uisng WSL in Powsershell

I have installed Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (using Microsoft Store) in Windows 11 and I thought of Installing Docker on it. Somehow I could not able to install properly. Then I have uninstalled the Ubuntu by going to Add Remove programs. Then I thought of installing Ubuntu using wsl command using Powershell. But when I am typing the command, it is always going to root@DESKTOP-MVD0N0G:/mnt/c/WINDOWS/system32.When I give the command wsl --list --online it is giving an error (By coming back to powershell) "The connection with the server was reset". After googled I found out that We need to Turn Windows features on and off and set the settings which I did it correctly. After restarting the machine multiple times also I am getting the same error. Any solution to this issue?
