Hello everyone,

I am in a weird situation where I cannot setup OneDrive client on devices that are Azure AD joined.

The users signs-in to the device using their Azure AD credentials. SSO is working on all Office 365 apps, Teams and browsers.

Once we try to setup OneDrive we get the following error just after typing the username, we never get to type in the password:

User's image

We also have trying using a different OneDrive account from a totally different tenant. We never get to type in the password, once the username is typed in, we click on Next we get the same error.

This is happening on multiple devices. We have tried resetting Windows installation on the devices but to no avail.

The common thing between the devices is that we sign in using Azure AD accounts and they automatically get enrolled in Intune.

I would appreciate any guidance on where to look or troubleshoot this.

Thank you!
