Microsoft Edge Sync problem in RDS environment -- impossible to connect for the moment

We have a problem with the synchronization of Microsoft Edge on the Remote Desktop connection.

Edge synchronization on local sessions is working for all users, but on RDS it works for some users and others not.

I checked all the Azure AIP (Azure Information Protection) settings and they are correct and well configured.

    Thanks for your screenshot. From this screenshot, I can see your Server URL under Environment Info is empty, which may indicate there's a server endpoint issue. Please check the troubleshooting steps.
