teams messages not loading and site continuously disconnecting

even though cache has been cleared on both ends multiple times, the microsoft teams website continues to disconnect and not load messages, but the notification shows. i also use it on mobile but it works just fine. theres a stable internet connection and nothing else wrong with settings for the site.

is there anyone else having this issue? any solutions?

    Do you mean you are not getting new messages in Teams on the web?

    Do other users in the tenant have the same issue?

    If yes, please contact your tenant admin and check service health in Microsoft 365 admin center to see if there are relevant incidents.
