Can we customize the service information that gets sent out to the customer and staff? We want to use the bookings scheduling system for closings that we track by either buyer/seller name or property address. I can only set up the service type in bookings as a general type of service i.e "purchase closing". When the appointment is made and the email notification goes out...it shows a "purchase closing" has been scheduled and the time and location...but I can't find a way for the the details to show. I need to customize EACH service to show the buyer/seller name or the property address. Is that possible?

Unfortunately MS Bookings is not supported on this forum at this time. It is best that you reach out to MS Bookings forums at https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-bookings/bd-p/MicrosoftBookings and they will gladly assist with more expertise.

The tag microsoft-graph-customer-booking is specifically for Graph API.

To set up a bookings service, there are a few steps you'll need to take:

Define your service: Determine what kind of service you will be offering and the parameters of that service, such as the duration, availability, and pricing.

Choose a platform: Choose a platform to manage your bookings. Some popular options include Calendly, Acuity Scheduling, and Bookedin. Make sure to consider the features offered by each platform, such as scheduling options, integration with your website, and payment processing.

Create a calendar: Set up a calendar on your chosen platform and sync it with your personal calendar to avoid double-booking. Customize your availability settings based on your defined service parameters.

Integrate with your website: If you have a website, integrate your bookings service into it by embedding a booking form or a link to your booking page. Make sure the booking process is easy to find and use.
