Why can't I update to Windows 11

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz

It tells me that its my processor, this is my processor so why wont it let me update

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, i7-4720HQ processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft.

    Please check with official Windows 11 list of supported processors:
