Hi,

Trying to connect an application on Sentinel Data connectors, but one of the pre requisites is "Microsoft.Web/sites permissions: Read and write permissions to Azure Functions to create a Function App". Trying to find where I can allow the Read and Write permission to Azure Functions to create a Function App but I am unable to, where can I do this please?

Thanks
Mv

Hi @Mv , you can do this by navigating to the Function App in the Azure portal, selecting your Function App from the list, then selecting Identity under Settings in the Function App's navigation menu. In the System assigned tab, set the Status to On. Then, select Save, and an Azure role assignments button will appear. Select it, and in the Azure role assignments screen, select Add role assignment. Set Scope to Subscription, select your subscription from the Subscription drop-down, and set Role to App Configuration Data Owner. Finally, select Save.

Hi, I have the same question. For a Sentinel Data Connector, must you create a Function App first and then follow the steps you provided?
