Most of my Arc-enabled Servers dont geht update data

Hello,
I would like to connect our on prem hardware with ARc to have a centrally controlled update management.
We have a mixed environment of Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019, but I can do an assessment on very few of the machines.
Adding to Arc worked fine, but when assessing the machines I get the error "Assessment failed due to this reason: Not able to complete assessment within specified time."
Some of the machines still had a WSUS configuration, but even after I adjusted this, they could not be reached.
Out of 55 Vms that I have added so far, 37 have no update data and I can't figure out what the problem is.
