I can not log in my onedrive, outlook

Today, I cleaned up some junk files on my computer and I suspect that I accidentally deleted some important system files, which caused me to be unable to log in to Outlook and OneDrive. When I try to log in to OneDrive, an error message appears with a code and prompts me to send it to the administrator for assistance.

    Could you please take a screenshot for the errors when you login to OneDrive?

    Currently, I suggest you try following steps to have a check.

    • Go to Windows Credential Manager, remove the OneDrive credential.
    • Go to the Windows Settings, click Accounts and then Access work or school, disconnect the OneDrive account.
    • Go to Registry Editor, then please locate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\OneDrive, and delete all registry in it. (Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, please remember to back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.)

    If the steps do not work, I suggest you delete the folders as below, you can also back them up just in case:

    • %LOCALAPPDATA%\OneDrive\cache\qmlcache
    • %LOCALAPPDATA%l\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings
    • %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\OneAuth

    Besides, since Outlook and OneDrive error messages are not the same, for the issues of Outlook, I would suggest you post a new thread with Outlook tag on Q&A forum. You may also share more error details with us.
