I can't see hourly DTU utilization from SQL database

Hi, I meet a situation that I can't view DTU utilization in a hour from Azure SQL database overview, I can only view the utilization in 24 hours or 7 days. in one hour I can only view the prediction which is no helping at all. Does anyone meet this situation before? please give me some hints how to solve this issue.

Is there any workload that has been running on this database, or has it been idle for a long period of time?
Could you please let us know if this is still occurring, if yes can you share the server and database in the email?
