Hi

I've got several users receiving the following error, when connecting to a RDP - I myself don't get the error:

**

An authentication error has occurred.
The credentials supplied to the package were not recognized.

Remote computer: 127.0.0.1

Errorcode: 0x0
Extended error code: 0x0

**

All users are connecting from Win11 machines.

The RDP connection is not trying to connect to 127.0.0.1, and the credentials are the same for the users, and for me.

The connection is made through a shared gateway, so everyone comes from the same IP.

Any idea as to why the error occurs, and a possible solution?

Thanks in advance for any info given.

Off the top of my head, Active directory policies, user permissions, antivirus software, are you logged out when the other user attempts to connect, (Limit number of connections policy),
