Our external admin manager has died and we need to take back the function

Please can you help?

My business has used an external IT specialist to manage our needs however he has recently died and I cannot get access to our admin centre to make changes, update payment methods etc.

I need urgent assistance

@Kevin Rogers very sorry to hear about this news. For transferring the access you can raise a support ticket with Microsoft as you do not have access to the Portal for making changes to the billing and payment console.
