M365 Group Site Template - Team Collaboration Template Missing Documents Navigation Link

We apply the Team Collaboration Template to our M365 Groups sites and have noticed that the Documents Navigation Link is missing when applied to the site. That links shows on the Preview for the template. Please see below. Not sure when this changed noticed it this week. Can anyone provide a work around. How could I create my own Template from the Teams collaboration template that I could use and add the Documents link to. I have always just used the templates provided by Microsoft. Thank you Sandra.
